What this app does
This application enables LickiMat® resellers to quickly and easily place orders online while still enjoying their normal trading terms. No credit card required!
How it works
Getting Started
The first thing you need to do is change your password to protect your account. This only needs to happen once. From then on you can log in as normal.
- LickiMat® will send a "Welcome" email to the LickiMat account holder after approval as a reseller.
- The email will contain a link to the login screen of this website.
- On the home page login screen, click the "Reset your password" link.
- On the next screen, enter your email address as per the "Welcome" email.
- An email will be sent to that address with a link to the Reset forgotten password page.
- Enter your new password in both fields. You will be notified if your password is too weak or the fields don't match.
Placing an order
After successfully logging in, you will be taken to the Order Form page.
This page lists all the products, SKUs, prices etc you need to make your selections. Simply enter the quantity of each product you require in the "Qty" field. The extended price will automatically calculate in your currency. To view a larger image, click on the product's image.
Please note:
- Prices and taxes will be shown in your local currency.
- It's also mobile-friendly!
After entering your product quantities, there is a form that is pre-filled with your delivery information. Change any field(s) if necessary and you have the options to:
- send a copy of the order to an additional email address
- add a note for LickiMat® with extra information or questions about the order
A summary of the order by category shows the breakdown by category - Dogs, Cats, etc. You can quickly add to your order if any are zero, by clicking on the zero amount link. You'll be taken directly to that section of the Order Form.
Once you're happy with your products, click the "Place your order" button.
After placing your order, a message will appear showing the order number and you'll be sent a confirmation email with the order attached in PDF format.
You can then either place another order or log out using the links displayed. Job done!
Frequently Asked Questions
Can anyone place an order for LickiMat® products on this website?
No. You must be a registered LickiMat® reseller to place orders. If you are interested in becoming a reseller, please submit an Account Application.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Approved resellers still enjoy their normal trading terms with LickiMat®. After placing your order, you will be sent a PDF copy and another sent to LickiMat® for processing.
I forgot my password!
- On the home page login screen, click the "Reset your password" link.
- On the next screen, enter the email address used to submit orders to LickiMat®.
- An email will be sent to that address with a link to the Reset Password form.
- Enter your new password in both fields. You will be notified if your password is too weak or they don't match.
Warning!
As a protection against hacking, you will have 3 chances to enter your password. After 3 failed attempts, you not be able to login again for 15 minutes.
